Depending on the version, the round brushing machine is suitable for wire diameters up to 18.0 mm as well as for pre-drawn wires down to 1.2 mm. Furthermore, it is suitable for both aggressive (by round brushes) and extremely gentle cleaning of wire (by sanding brushes) in continuous operation. An ingenious brush infeed system allows highly efficient operation with high passing speeds and long brush lifetime.
