Bend descaling

Bend descaling for wire diameters up to 16 mm in different, compact designs.

Brush systems

Brushing units with disc brushes or round brushes, suitable for a wire diameter range from 1.2 mm to 30 mm. Brush drives frequency-controlled with pneumatic or motorised feed.

Grinding systems

Grinding unit, optionally with one or two grinding heads. Suitable for surface cleaning or removal of surface defects on wire rods or pre-drawn wires from 3 mm to 30 mm.

Blasting systems

The blast machine removes scale and contaminants from the wire by throwing blast material at high speed onto the wire surface.

Wet brushing system

The wet brushing system is suitable for cleaning wire after drawing and, due to its design, achieves an extremely high cleaning performance, optionally with final drying as well as with a compact belt filter system for independent and continuous supply of the entire cleaning system over a longer period of time.
